Atasi besucht Brians leeres Büro. Es ist, als ob er in Luft aufgelöst wäre. Aber sie findet eine Telefonnummer, die auf seinem Schreibtischtelefon gespeichert ist, und einen Stift mit einer Geschäftsnummer darauf. Könnten das Hinweise sein?

Atasi steht in Brians Büro. Sie schaut sich um. Der Raum ist leer. Keine Bilder, keine Papiere, nichts. Atasi fühlt sich seltsam. Sie hinschauen auf Brians Schreibtisch. Sie sieht das Telefon. Auf dem Display ist eine Nummer. Atasi schreibt die Nummer auf.

Sie nimmt den Stift. Auf dem Stift steht eine andere Nummer. Atasi denkt nach. “Sind das Hinweise?” fragt sie sich. Sie will mehr wissen. Sie will herausfinden, was passiert ist.

Atasi geht zurück zu ihrem Büro. Sie setzt sich an ihren Schreibtisch. Sie nimmt ihr Telefon. Sie gibt die erste Nummer ein. Sie wartet. Das Telefon klingelt. Aber niemand antwortet. Atasi legt auf.

Sie probiert die zweite Nummer. Diesmal antwortet jemand. “Hallo, Müller & Co.,” sagt eine Stimme. Atasi fragt nach Brian. “Brian? Nein, hier arbeitet kein Brian,” sagt die Stimme.

Atasi ist verwirrt. Sie fragt weiter. “Aber warum ist diese Nummer auf Brians Telefon?” Die Stimme am Telefon sagt, “Es tut mir leid. Ich kann Ihnen nicht helfen.”

Atasi legt auf. Sie ist frustriert. Sie hat zwei Nummern, aber keine Antworten. Sie schaut auf den Stift. Sie denkt, “Vielleicht sollte ich diesen Ort besuchen.”

Am nächsten Tag geht Atasi zu der Adresse, die auf dem Stift steht. Es ist ein Restaurant. Atasi geht hinein. Sie schaut sich um. Viele Menschen sind hier. Atasi fühlt sich verloren.

Sie spricht mit dem Kellner. “Kennen Sie einen Brian?” fragt sie. Der Kellner schüttelt den Kopf. “Nein, tut mir leid,” sagt er.

Atasi setzt sich an einen Tisch. Sie beobachtet die Menschen. Sie hofft, etwas zu sehen das ihr hilft. Stunden vergehen. Atasi sieht nichts. Sie geht nach Hause.

Wird Atasi einen Hinweis im Restaurant finden?
