The Alien’s Plan: Chapter 02
The aliens reveal their plan to take over the world and use all of the resources available to them to make dark chocolate donuts to export to the rest of the galaxy. They also explain how they plan to use the donuts to gain power and influence over the other planets in the universe.
I’m standing in the middle of a dark, empty room. There are no windows, no doors, no furniture. The only thing in the room is a large, glowing orb. The orb is hovering in the center of the room, and it’s pulsating with a strange purple light.
I’m surrounded by aliens. They’re all wearing dark robes and their faces are covered with masks. They’re chanting in a strange language and they’re swaying back and forth.
The orb starts to spin faster and faster. The purple light gets brighter and brighter. The aliens start to scream.
The orb explodes in a blinding flash of light. I’m thrown backwards and I land on the floor.
When I open my eyes, I’m in a different room. The room is bright and sunny. There are windows, doors, and furniture. It looks like an ordinary room.
A man is standing in the doorway. He’s tall and thin with long black hair. He’s wearing a white lab coat.
“Hello,” he says. “I’m Dr. Smith.”
“Where am I?” I ask.
“You’re in my laboratory,” Dr. Smith says. “You were brought here after the explosion.”
“What explosion?” I ask.
“The one that happened in the other room,” Dr. Smith says. “The one that caused you to go unconscious.”
“What happened to the aliens?” I ask.
“They were all killed in the explosion,” Dr. Smith says. “They were very dangerous creatures.”
“What do you mean?” I ask.
“They were planning to take over the world,” Dr. Smith says. “They were going to use all of the resources available to them to make dark chocolate donuts to export to the rest of the galaxy. They also planned to use the donuts to gain power and influence over the other planets in the universe.”
“Do you think they succeeded?” I ask.
“I don’t know,” Dr. Smith says. “But I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure they don’t.”
Dr. Smith turns and walks away. I’m left alone in the laboratory. I’m not sure what to think.
Am I safe?
