Billy Disappeared

The airplane soared through the night sky, its lights twinkling like stars against the vast expanse of darkness. Inside, a group of passengers settled into their seats, their faces illuminated by the soft glow of their electronic devices. Among them was a young boy named Billy, his eyes wide with excitement as he gazed out the window at the twinkling city lights below.

Billy was on his way to visit his grandmother for the holidays. He had always loved visiting her, her cozy house filled with the warmth of her baking and the scent of freshly brewed gingerbread cookies. But this year, Billy felt a sense of unease. It was as if the night was holding its breath, waiting for something terrible to happen.

Just as Billy was about to turn away from the window, he saw something that made his heart skip a beat. A small, gingerbread house was floating in the sky, its windows glowing with an eerie light. The house was moving towards the airplane, its movements jerky and unnatural.

The passengers gasped in disbelief as the gingerbread house drew closer. Billy could see tiny gingerbread figures peering out of the windows, their faces twisted into grotesque grins. The house hovered just outside the window, its door creaking open on its own.

A dark, shadowy figure emerged from the doorway, its form obscured by the darkness. The figure reached out towards Billy, its hand outstretched like a claw. Billy screamed in terror and tried to turn away, but the figure grabbed him by the sleeve of his jacket.

Billy struggled against the figure’s grip, but it was too strong. The figure pulled him towards the open door of the gingerbread house, and Billy felt himself being sucked into the darkness.

The other passengers watched in horror as Billy disappeared into the gingerbread house. The door slammed shut, and the house began to move away from the airplane, disappearing into the night.

The passengers were left in stunned silence, their hearts pounding with fear. They had just witnessed something impossible, something that defied all logic. But they knew that what they had seen was real, and that Billy was now in grave danger.

The airplane continued on its journey, the passengers filled with a mixture of fear and dread. They knew that they would never forget what they had seen, and that the image of the gingerbread house would forever haunt their dreams.
